yea me too, a good one will cost me almost $100 a lil cheaper thanks to my friend, he just wont hurry up and get it so i can pay and install lol

been playing x-men legends for the last few days. it's fun, but at the same time a huge pain in the ass. you might get swarmed by usually easily beaten enemies and the next thing ya know you're dead and scrambling to find a save point to try to revive your fallen character, which costs points that aren't easy to raise. otherwise im not having too bad a time with the originals(minus angel....the cocksuckers...). they replaced angel with jubilee who they dressed like a total slut. i dunno about you, but i can't think of many chicks off the top of my head that would try to save the world wearing nothing but a bra on the upper part of thier body at the age of 15 or 16 or whatever she is. the other thing about it is, im actually kinda glad they didnt use angel for this. can't wait to see how they would fuck him up if they did use him in the future. they'd probably try to hook him up with jubilee and pretend he wasn't on the team before all this. i read something about teamwork, but its basically just using your special moves at the same time as someone else. the flying characters can lift others, and anyone with a higher stength level can throw wolverine. thats about it for the way the characters interact with each other. another thing is, i know i said i was using the original, but you almost have to. they keep shoving cyke, wolverine, storm and jean down your throat. every mission you have to change them if you want to use someone else. and the sad thing is iceman is pretty much needed for every mission. if you don't have a fire you have to get by, he has to make a bridge. apart from that though its cool cuz you can destroy half the bakcground objects, and level the characters how you want. for instance cyclops i dont even bother putting points into strike for cuz at the point im at he can use optic blasts quite a bit before he runs out. (he'd probably still suck ass if you did try to up his melee though), but you have a choice with colossus or beast as whether you want them hitting hard with regular attacks, or you want them to pull off thier special moves more often, which are hard hitting melee attacks anyway. and then theres gambit, you'd think he'd be a great projectile user, but his cards don't even explode, and they do less damage at the same level as cyclops's basic optic blast. the only thing about it is it might hit more enemies at once. he is however a decent melee fighter. btw, about 18-20 hours in, just seen pyslocke for the first time. if you can accept different characterizations than the comics(including power level wise) then you'll definitely be fine with this one. it is fun for the gameplay involved though. (cept using juggernaut in the title screen danger room mode kinda sucks)

Edit: Gah, not again! It'd make more sense if they used the money to file a suit against his parents, to set an example to the the rest, or used it to help nurture that kid back into well-moraled mental health with a new family.
